Hi Adam,
This looks like a great tool, it’s exciting and I think useful! However you might want to change your example and not mention first boston realty as you might not want to be associated with them. They’ve been either knowingly or unknowingly doing things that can get them banned from Google. For example, in Google local search they’ve registered with key words for their business name, like “boston luxury apartments”, which is in clear violation of the Google Business Listing Quality Guidelines. (http://maps.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=107528

As you can see:
Represent your business exactly as it appears in the offline world. The name on Google Maps should match the business name, as should the address, phone number and website.
Do not attempt to manipulate search results by adding extraneous keywords or a description of your business into the business name. )

By doing key-word stuffing, they are getting into the area of blackhat SEO and ultimately they could be penalized. By mentioning them on your site people may think you play a hand in this and not trust your tools or methods.
