AlertRank keeps a copy of all your alerts on the site, but it is also useful to get a copy of your alerts in an easy to manage format. Each day you will receive an Excel spreadsheet by email with a complete copy of each alert and its matching ranking data.
The alerts are delivered in descending date order, with the most recent first, but you can sort the data on any of the ranking values.
Excel also allows you to export the data to other formats, such as Comma Separated Value (CSV), which can be imported into other programs.
