The AlertRank account page has the usual options for an online system. You can change your name, company name, and password.
AlertRank lets you add up to 5 additional email addresses that will receive copies of all your alert emails. This is an improvement over Google Alerts, which only allows a single email recipient. These additional email addresses also receive copies of the daily Excel spreadsheet email.
Your most recent 20 alerts are available as an RSS feed. The URL for this feed can be found on the account page.
